BRACE Industrial Group Announces Appointment of Steven Ragiel as Chief Executive Officer

Houston, TX – April 16, 2015 – BRACE Industrial Group a leading provider of diversified and integrated industrial services within the power generation, agriculture, maritime, commercial, petrochemical and oil & gas markets announces the appointment of Steven Ragiel as Chief Executive Officer.

Steve Ragiel, Chief Executive Officer for BRACE Industrial Group is responsible for driving BRACE’s strategic growth and expansion into new and related markets. Previously, Ragiel served as Chief Executive Officer of GEM Mobile Treatment Services, Inc. Ragiel has a long-standing record of building teams, driving organic growth, integrating acquisitions, tailoring solutions for customers, and reducing unit costs to generate increased shareholder value.

Mr. Ragiel was the founder of Greenstar North America and served as its Chief Executive Officer until April 2009. Prior to that Ragiel was the Founder of Waste Management Inc.’s Recycle America Alliance and served as President of Recycle America at Waste Management, Inc. From 1992 to 1997, he ran Waste Management’s international recycling business, based in London. Ragiel holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University.
